Plus, Bruno Bros. will be making their delicious Kettle Corn throughout the event. We're thrilled to have back on the farm Middlefield's own Presley & Taylor, who are already recognized as the next generation of country music. The duo’s dynamic vocal delivery and song selection reflect the good things in life centered on real life experiences, faith, hope and love. Original material such as their recent single, “Heart Over Mind” feat. Pam Tillis or “Tall, Dark and Lonesome,” penned by country music hall of famer Bill Anderson, coupled with crowd favorites like, "Jolene" and "Fishing in the Dark," forge a true country sound that is unmistakable to fans. Hannah Sjostrom, the 2019 American Honey Queen, will visit us for Strawberry Fest. She will talk about the importance of honeybees to Connecticut agriculture and how honeybee pollination directly shapes our livelihood. She will also share information how honey’s beautiful spectrum provides endless possibilities and the many treats that honeybees provide. Sample Lyman's barbecue sauces, fruit butters, salsas, baked goods and more throughout the day. Plus, there will be some of our favorite partners on site as well to sample our best selling and most-loved products, including Arethusa Farms cheeses, Oui Charcuterie salamis, and more. And don't miss out pie eating contests! Dive face-first into a delicious Lyman Orchards pie to win great prizes.
