10:00am [10:00am] Branford: Mini-Maker Table
Join us every Friday and Saturday for a mini-maker project from our MakerLab! Every month we will feature a quick project or new piece of equipment to mess around with. The results may have you leaving with something to physically take home OR just the satisfaction that you were able to create a circuit, power on an Arduino or thread a sewing machine. The projects are easy, meant for all ages and 100% drop-in. It is just up to you to find out which floor we are featuring the project on and drop on by. Registration for this table is not required just come ready to tinker, play and create!

Join cast members of the Capital Classics Theatre Company for performances of scenes from Pericles, Prince of Tyre, along with dance, music, and stage combat demonstrations.

[3:00pm] Litchfield: July Summer Fun
The Litchfield Historical Society is celebrating the middle of summer vacation with a week of free afternoon crafts and games for families at the Tapping Reeve Meadow. Families are invited to stop in throughout the week for activities such as painting, planting, making sundials, playing colonial games, and more. No registration necessary. Donations appreciated.

Outdoor concerts that the entire family can enjoy. June 29: begins at 6 p.m., with the annual Volunteer Firefighters' Independence Day celebration and fireworks display. DJ Bry will entertain before the Hamden Symphony Orchestra takes the stage at 7:15 p.m. Fireworks scheduled to go off at 9:20 p.m. Food available on site. July 6: Performance by disco and R&B legend Gloria Gaynor. July 13: Local jazz celebrities Myke Ross and Tym N' Motion will bring the energy on.
