[All day event] Various Locations: Spring Outdoors
Spring Outdoors runs from the Spring Equinox on March 20 until the Summer Solstice on June 21. This program connects you to lands, waters, and trails in The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor, including some properties not normally accessible to the public. Enjoy interesting features and stories during Spring Outdoors, which is like the Walktober program, but is held as nature springs forth in The Last Green Valley. All the walks, bike rides, paddles, tours, events and more will be listed on our website's Spring Outdoors page and on our facebook page.

12:00pm [12:00pm] Rowayton: Memorial Day Parade
Honor veterans at the annual parade featuring Roton School and McMahon marching bands, scouts, Little Leaguers, fire fighters and more. After the parade, walk to the fire house for hot dogs and soda, then head to Pinkney Park for the art show, shortcake, and more.

5:00pm [5:00pm] New Haven: Memorial Day Concert
Orchestra New England headlines a free and family-friendly patriotic concert. Attorney William Dow III will read Remembrance Day by Christine Ann Maxwell-Osborn. The concert, conducted by Maestro James Sinclair, celebrates Leonard Bernstein with “Times Square” from On the Town, feature some Star Wars music from The Empire Strikes Back, swing to some Benny Goodman big band music, and present a world premier for veterans, Forever Young, written by our own Joe Russo.
