[All day event] Various Locations: Spring Outdoors
Spring Outdoors runs from the Spring Equinox on March 20 until the Summer Solstice on June 21. This program connects you to lands, waters, and trails in The Last Green Valley National Heritage Corridor, including some properties not normally accessible to the public. Enjoy interesting features and stories during Spring Outdoors, which is like the Walktober program, but is held as nature springs forth in The Last Green Valley. All the walks, bike rides, paddles, tours, events and more will be listed on our website's Spring Outdoors page and on our facebook page.

10:00am [10:00am] Branford: Mini-Maker Table
Join us every Friday and Saturday for a mini-maker project from our MakerLab! Every month we will feature a quick project or new piece of equipment to mess around with. The results may have you leaving with something to physically take home OR just the satisfaction that you were able to create a circuit, power on an Arduino or thread a sewing machine. The projects are easy, meant for all ages and 100% drop-in. It is just up to you to find out which floor we are featuring the project on and drop on by. Registration for this table is not required – just come ready to tinker, play and create!

[10:30am] Glastonbury: Tinkerlab
For children and their adults Friday mornings in the Children’s Department are set aside as a time for toddlers and preschoolers to explore literacy, art, science and math with their caregivers. Stations are set up for little ones to learn at their own pace as they play. Adults must stay and participate with their children. Tinkerlab is held every Friday morning, 10:30am-12noon, through April 27. This is a drop-in program ~ no registration is needed.

[3:30pm] Easton: Innovation Squad
