Description:
Come see how maple syrup is made, from taping the tree to putting the finished product into a bottle. Other activities include horse and donkey drawn sap gathering, visit with the draft horses, sap house tours, demonstrations and tour the farm museum.

Description:
Join in the celebration by wearing green because everyone is Irish for the day.

[1:30pm] New Haven: St. Patrick's Day Parade
Description:
Since the mid-1950s, this parade has become one of New England's premier Irish events. As the 6th oldest parade in the nation, its fame was recognized by the Library of Congress in 1999. Features 3,000 marchers and musical units celebrating the diversity of many cultures.
