  Rocky Hill: Family Make-It, Take-It
Description:
Families can come in anytime the library is open and make a craft together. Stop by the Children's desk for the supplies and complete your project in our Program Room. For families with children ages 3 and up. No registration required.

Description:
The opening of the rink officially kicks off the holiday season in Hartford, so come and celebrate. Skate, catch a play or a concert, be amazed by art, enjoy a great meal and so much more. Other activities include free ice skating, free photos with Santa in his workshop at the Bushnell Park Carousel from noon-3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays beginning December 2 through December 23, learn to skate lesson on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-11 a.m., and $1 carousel rides on the historic Bushnell Park Carousel on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Description:
Come and build with us! We have Duplo blocks for younger kids and regular LEGOŽ bricks for older kids! For kids ages 2 and up and their caregivers. No registration required.

[5:00pm] Meriden: Festival of Silver Lights
Description:
Illumination of more than 350,000 twinkling, white lights. There are over 200 figures and buildings that are decorated with the lights in this spectacular display.

[5:00pm] West Hartford: Holiday Stroll
Description:
Horse drawn carriage rides, carolers and street entertainment . . . all evoke images of a traditional new England winter season and now Blue Back Square and West Hartford Center bring the magic of holidays past as they host the Annual Holiday Stroll.

[5:00pm] Wethersfield: Holidays on Main
Description:
Come view the Children's Holiday Trees display, the new exhibit Come Play with Us: Toys from Wethersfield's Attic, and enjoy children's games and hot cider at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center. The Hurlbut-Dunham House (212 Main St.) will be decked out for thd holidays and open from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
